Allow me to introduce myself.
I am a UKA dance teacher who specialises In the intoxicating dance of Cuban style salsa!
After many years of studying therapies such as massage, reflexology, Spinal Touch and meditation things changed dramatically for me. My mother became very ill and as a way to release l took up dancing and l have never looked back. It really did change my life!!!!
2008 we lost her and for a while l too was lost but the music and the dance called to me and l can honestly say it saved my life.
There are many who have inspired me and throughout my life it has eventually lead me down this road of doing what l do best….dance!
Too anyone who is lonely, sad, depressed, grieving, needs an outlet for one’s emotions or just simply wants to have a good time, then try one of these classes. It may take some time and it does not always work for everyone but give it a chance and it could change your life too.
