New Meditation classes starting

The Sanctuary
Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do awareness is a form of mediation.
“Watching your breath” is a meditation, listening to the birds is meditation.
As long as these kinds of activities are free from any other distractions to the mind it is effective meditation.
By learning meditation techniques we are disciplining and encouraging ourselves to develop better concentration, clarity, emotional positivity and a calm way of seeing the true nature of things. Through continuous practise meditation can help assist with physic development and spiritual awareness.
There are many things that are beyond our control. However, it is possible to take responsibility of our own states of mind and to change them for the better.
Come join us every Sunday from 7.30pm.

Like this quote off Mirella Barnes facebook. “If you criticize others judgmentally, rather than simply commenting on their behavior impartially, that shows that you have their faults to work on in yourself. By criticizing others, moreover, you increase those faults in yourself…In that way, people are taught compassion.”
—Paramhansa Yogananda
